Chinas triple Olympic champion Sun Yang won the mens 200m freestyle final, snatching his second gold medal at the 18th FINA World Championships on Tuesday.

这是孙杨在本届世锦赛上收获的第二枚金牌。

　　第一枚金牌是21日的男子400米自由泳冠军，当时，亚军澳大利亚选手霍顿（Mack Horton）拒绝登上领奖台，引发舆论风波。

22日，国际泳联发表声明，对澳大利亚游泳管理机构和霍顿提出警告。

　　FINA decided on Monday to s a warning to Australias swimming body and Mack Horton for a controversial move on the part of the Australian swimmer in the mens 400m freestyle awarding ceremony.

声明称：

　　"The FINA Executive met today in Gwangju to analyze the situation related with the mens 400m free victory ceremony and has decided to s a warning letter to Swimming Australia Ltd and to athlete Mack Horton," the FINA said in a statement.

　　FINA国际泳联执委会今天在韩国光州召开会议，讨论了男子400米自由泳颁奖典礼上所发生的事情，决定向澳大利亚游泳有限公司（澳大利亚游泳运动管理机构）及其运动员霍顿发送警告信。

　　同时，该声明指出：国际泳联尊重言论自由，但它必须在适当的背景下进行，运动员及其随行人员要明白他们有责任尊重国际泳联规定。

　　"While FINA respects the principle of freedom of speech, it has to be conducted in the right context. As in all major sports organizations, our athletes and their entourages are aware of their responsibilities to respect FINA regulations and not to use FINA events to make personal statements or gestures."

　　“国际泳联尊重运动员的言论自由，但它必须在适当的背景下进行。正如所有的体育大赛一样，参加国际泳联组织的比赛的所有运动员和工作人员，均应清楚他们有责任及义务尊重国际泳联的规章制度，并且不得利用国际泳联的赛事场合表达个人的立场和态度。”

霍顿父亲回应

事后，霍顿父亲接受电台采访时表示，他事先对霍顿拒绝合影并不知情，但霍顿的行为并非针对中国。

　　"I think Mack, like so many in the sport, would just like consistency in the approach to the testing regime," he told 3AW radio. "This is not about China. We have huge respect for China. This is about ensuring the systems and processes in the sport keep the sport clean."

　　他接受3AW电台采访时表示，“和许多体育界人士一样，马克只希望药检制度方面能保持一致。他的举动无关乎中国，我们非常尊重中国。一切只是针对体系，希望体育本身能够保持它的纯净。”

　　对于霍顿父亲的表态，网友反问：怎么阴阳怪气的？

霍顿队友主动握手

　　22日，男子200米自由泳半决赛结束后，霍顿的澳大利亚队友凯尔·查默斯（Kyle Chalmers）越过泳道绳索主动和孙杨握手，表达了自己的态度。

他表示，霍顿的行为是他自己的决定。

　　"Its Macks decision to do that sort of stuff," Chalmers said. "At the of the day, Sun is here, Sun is racing and we just have to do what we can to swim our best races. Im not worried about my competitors, Im worried about my own race and learning how to swim the 200m. "

　　做出那样的举动是霍顿自己的决定。那天，孙杨就在这儿比赛，我们只需尽我们所能去游出最好的成绩。我不担心我的竞争对手，我只担心我自己的比赛，不断学习。

　　专心比赛，心无旁骛。谁是明白人，高下立判。
